We accept returns of both defective and non-defective goods, and we also accept exchanges. This includes a change of mind, personal preference or choosing the wrong item. Submit your request within 30 days after delivery. Eligible goods must be new, unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging, labels and included accessories.
Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, checkout email and an explanation of the request. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts or materially different from its description, also send photographs or video of the goods and packaging. Please do not mail a return without our authorization.
Approved returns are made by mail. A free return label is included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged. Follow the return instructions supplied with approval. Exchanges depend on available stock. Once a refund is approved, we process it to the original payment method within 10 days; your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
