Payment Policy

Only payment methods currently enabled and displayed at checkout are available for an order. We begin processing after successful payment authorization. Your payment provider may authorize, review, reject or request additional verification for a transaction.

Enter accurate billing and payment information. High-risk, incomplete or unverifiable transactions may be delayed or cancelled. This page does not collect or store full payment card numbers; payment details are handled through the payment service's secure process.

Ask your issuing bank or payment provider about declines, failed payments, chargebacks, disputes, authorization holds or exchange-rate issues, and contact us for order-specific help. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method, subject to the timing explained in Refund Policy.
